Marked Hong Kong so that dates this to mid or later 70's but the overall style, look and feel is so 1950's that it's hard to accept that this is not older than it appears.

Really cool and very cute. It does roll very nicely but there is piece on end that allows someone to thread a small chain or string thru it and either use it a key chain or necklace. Go figure.

Almost 3" long. An inch wide. Inch tall. So it's both bigger and smaller than what the images would lead you to believe.
